Description	In 1957 there were at least 15 Champion employees who were ordained ministers. Most of their pastoral duties took place outside of work, but when a special service was needed during work hours Champion often gave release time. In this photograph, we see R. A. Ward at work as a roll wrapper. Ward was ordained several years ago and has been closely associated with the Free Will Baptist Church since that time. Reverend Ward has served several churches as pastor and is at present an assistant pastor. He conducts revivals and prayer services.
